Your outreach software shouldn’t come with homework.
Tell it what you sell. It finds the companies, researches each one and writes them a personal email. You just approve — from your desk or your phone.
No setup calls. No tutorials. Just customers.
No card needed · 10 companies free.
Hi Bright Smile team,
On your website, patients can only book by calling — so anyone who looks you up after 5 PM has to remember to call back tomorrow.
At Northbeam we set up online booking, so patients pick a time from their phone, day or night.
Can I send you a short example of how it would look on your site?
From "who should I sell to?" to replies in your inbox
Four steps. The slow, boring parts — finding, researching, writing, following up — are done for you.
Tell it what you sell
Describe your offer and your best customers. The app works out which businesses need it and where to find them.
It finds the companies
Searches the map for the right business types in a city, a state or across the US — or use your own list.
It researches and writes
Reads each company's website and public information, finds one real reason to get in touch, and writes a short personal email about it.
You approve, it sends
One click sends it from your own mailbox, follows up up to three times, and stops the moment they reply.
Real research. Real emails. Sent safely.
Not a mail-merge with a first name in it. Every email is about the company that receives it.
Research on every company
Website, services, public company information and news. You get a short analysis and a fit score, so weak matches are skipped before you spend time on them.
Their time zone, US rules
Every email lands in the recipient’s business hours, coast to coast. Each one carries your business address and an opt-out line, as US law (CAN-SPAM) requires.
You stay in control
Every first email waits for your approval. Edit it, skip it or send it. The AI writes from what it finds about the company, and skips companies where it finds no real reason to write. Check the facts before you approve.
Sends from your own mailbox
Emails go out from your address and replies come back to you. Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho and most business email hosts.
Built to land in the inbox
New mailboxes start slowly and warm up. Daily limits per mailbox, sending spread across several mailboxes, no links in first emails, and automatic pause if emails bounce.
An inbox that sorts replies
Replies are sorted into interested, not now and unsubscribe, with a suggested answer ready. Unsubscribes are honoured automatically, forever.
Your sales rep fits in your pocket.
Most outreach tools fall apart on a phone. This one was built for it — the full app, not a cut-down version.
- Approve emails in seconds. Read the draft, tap approve, done.
- Answer replies on the go. Every reply lands in one inbox with a suggested answer ready.
- Call at the right time. Tap to call, with the prospect’s local time shown — no more 7 AM calls to California.
- Ask Roxy anything. “Who replied this week?” “Get me ready to call the dentist in Austin.” She pulls it up.
- Install it like an app. One tap puts it on your home screen. No app store.
Run your whole outreach from the back of a cab.
Your assistant who knows every lead.
Roxy lives inside the app and sees everything — leads, replies, calls, meetings. Ask her like you’d ask a colleague.
- Answers anything about your data. “Who replied this week?” “Which dentists in Texas haven’t been called yet?”
- Preps your calls. Who to ask for, what we noticed, an opening line, the likely objection — ready before you dial.
- Does the busywork. Drafts an email, saves a note, sets up a meeting, changes your sending limit. You confirm with one tap — she never acts on her own.
- Knows who did what. “What did Sam do yesterday?” — every action in the account, by person.
Sounds local. Because it’s written for the reader.
Most US companies get English. When a company’s website is in Spanish, the email is written in Spanish — natively, not translated. Formal where they’re formal, friendly where they’re friendly.
Hi Harbor Family Dentistry team,
Your website only offers a phone number for appointments, so patients who find you in the evening can’t book until the next day.
At Northbeam we’d set up online booking, so patients choose a day and time right from their phone.
Shall I send you a short example of how it would look on your site?
Best,
Saludos,
Example emails for a fictional company, “Northbeam”.

Questions, answered
What exactly is one "company" (credit)?
One company found, researched and written to: we read its website and public information, write a personal first email and up to three follow-ups. Companies where no email address is found cost nothing, and researching the same company again is free.
Where do the companies come from?
From map search — tell the app the type of business and the place (a city, a state or the whole US) and it finds them. You can also import your own list from Excel or CSV.
Which mailboxes can I send from?
Gmail and Google Workspace, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho, GMX and most business email hosts, connected with an app password. Emails go out from your own address and replies come back to you. Microsoft 365 / Outlook sign-in is coming soon.
Isn't this spam?
Each email is written to one business, about that business, and you approve it before it goes. The app keeps volumes per mailbox low, warms up new mailboxes slowly, pauses a mailbox if emails bounce, adds an opt-out line to every email and puts anyone who opts out on a do-not-contact list. Every email carries your business address and an opt-out line, as US law (CAN-SPAM) requires, and goes out in the recipient’s business hours. You’re responsible for what you send — our Terms explain what’s allowed.
Which countries and languages?
The US, all 50 states, for now — more countries are coming. Emails are written in English, or in Spanish when a company’s website is in Spanish. The app picks the right one for each company automatically.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — the whole app works on your phone: approve emails, answer replies, call prospects and ask Roxy. Add it to your home screen with one tap and it opens like an app.
Do I need my own AI or maps account?
No. Everything is included in your plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month, and credit packs never expire.
What happens to my data?
Noviram is an EU company and your data stays yours: we don't sell it, mailbox passwords are stored encrypted, and our AI provider's API terms exclude using it to train its models. Read the Privacy Policy.
Your next customers are already out there.
Let Noviram Outreach find them, research them and write to them. You just say yes.
